New Delhi, Oct 27 (UNI) The birth centenary celebrations of the exponent of Kashmiri Shavism Swami Lakshmanjoo will commence from tomorrow.
The Srinagar-based Ishwar Ashram Trust, founded by the Saint, has organised a series of events, including a two-day international seminar, on the occasion.
The seminar will be inaugurated by MP Karan Singh and the key note address will be delivered by Dr L M Singhvi.
Prominent scholars from India and abroad will make presentations about different aspects of the unique philosophy of Kashmiri Shavism or the Trika Philosophy.
Besides the seminar, launch of a photo exhibition, blood donation camps, cultural events and various competitions are being held simultaneously in Srinagar, Jammu and Delhi.
